helpful staff quiet location room facilities dirty ventilation poor insulation spider web

the staff was helpful and friendly. the location was very convenient, central but quiet. the room had everything i needed for the duration (especially the tea!).

the bathroom ventilation was full of dirt. i also spotted a spider web (i don't like spiders). the sound insulation from outside was unacceptably poor.

The staff was really friendly, and I found the room to be clean. The hotel's location was convenient to the city center. the room offered a good area.

My bathroom was not good. The toilet seat was broken. Mouldy tiles were present in the shower.
